Kelvin was building a next-generation AI platform for control systems, impressive work, but they hit a common wall: they needed a working visualization layer for a real customer pilot, and their team simply didn’t have the bandwidth to take it on alongside everything else already going on.
Customer Challenge
Their engineering team was stretched thin, making it tough to take on a new visualization workstream without something else slipping
- Requirements hadn’t been fully fleshed out yet, which made it hard to know where to even begin

What We Did
Put together a small, focused team with UI/UX and frontend expertise, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Kelvin’s people
