A different Team at Scheider that works across Business Units was chartered to create a Next Generation Product that heavily automated processes. The aim was to create a software-driven Industrial Automation System that will complement the entire Operator Lifecycle. This was to be a grand vision with a 5 year road-map. Again, the question before the Customer Leadership was how was such a big project to be executed? Some will be needed to raise the bar higher, while others would need to stay afloat.
