  What is the opportunity?

  • We are looking for an ER Executive responsible for planning & carrying out Employee Relations activities
  • As an ER Executive, you’ll need to plan & formulate HR Systems and execute to help to bring out the best from the team
  
  

  What will you do?

  • You will need to work with Dev Managers, Tech Leads & the rest of the team to identify bottlenecks & constraints that inhibit the team from reaching higher levels of performance from the people perspective
  • You will need to derive solutions and design systems that will then de-constraint the system and elevate the team to the next level of performance
  
  

  What do you need to succeed?

  • Excellent interpersonal & relationship building talents to be able to build bridges within the team
  • Experience in understanding of the Software Development world, in all it’s highs & lows to be able to get a good context of the team dynamics
  • Good logical & analytical abilities to be able to pinpoint areas of weakness & also propose solutions that work
  • Positive, high energy-levels with a can-do attitude to be able to navigate through difficult and tricky people situations
  • Being organized & meticulousness in execution to be able to plan, track and execute effortlessly
  • Ability to mentor & coach Line Managers to be able to provide the first level of people support that they need

  • You need a formal training program to learn anything new or beyond your assigned work
  • Believe that CMM Level X has something to do with the quality of work or a measure of genius

  • Morning Stand-ups with teams to plan out achievements, dependencies & risks
