Asset Tracking is one of the essentials of Industry 4.0. It’s what helps industries keep a real-time digital watch on their machines using sensors, data, and smart analytics.
Our experience in this area has been building software solutions to enhance current System Engineering capabilities for Distributed Control Systems (DCS) using Asset Attributes and run-time Condition Monitoring to monitor, detect, and report asset health in near real-time.
The Solutions that we have helped to develop have also provided the capability to monitor OPC (Open Platform Communications) protocol data sources for various conditions and report those detected to the Maintenance Response Center (MRC) and various SCADA systems (HMIs).

Assisted Decision Making
At WonderBiz, we’ve worked on assisted decision-making applications that help industrial users work faster and smarter. Instead of the laborious manual process, they provide a fool-proof way of automating or semi-automating the process, making it faster than before.
In one such project, we used Computer Vision and Image Processing to read and recreate engineering documents automatically, while still giving users the option to review and adjust things when needed.
