Request for Initial Info

Kindly enter the following initial info for us to be better prepared for our discussion:

1. What is the Product line that you require to be tested?
2. Please provide a link to a video or an installable of the Product if publicly available.
3. What is the Product Module that needs to be tested? (an independent module, preferably UI module is a good starting point)
4. Please provide additional documents that describe business rules (Environment prerequisites, Technical block diagram, User stories).
5. What timelines are you looking for?

Request for an Initial Call

Our team will reach out to you shortly on your email id to schedule a discussion. This is usually a 45 mins long conversation centered around expectations and to resolve clarifications based on the product.

We will try and cover the following:

1. Pre-requisites: Environment, Training docs or videos
2. Deliverables: Format for Test Cases, Reports, Bug base
3. Collaboration: Support model, Project Management reporting

Setup and Pre-Requisites

Immediately after the Initial Call, our team will get going with the environment setup and self-training. This will lay the foundations for the one month of Free Testing Service ahead.

We will assign a Project Manager who will drive the team from here (planning & task reporting) and coordinate with your team for any support required. This initial interaction is super important to ensure things stay on track.

Testing Starts

Once the setups are done and the initial self-training is completed, the Testing team will get sprinting.
