Case Study 1 - Ecostruxure Plant Performance Console Project Dev

A team at Foxboro, Schneider, saw an opportunity to create a product based on growing customer interest in an aggregated dashboard for Plant Operations. But the challenge was clear: they needed to integrate diverse systems and harmonize their data into a single lake for easier access and analysis. On top of that, the dashboards had to be customizable for users to tailor the information to their needs—all within a tight one-year deadline.

The WonderBiz team came together, and tech evaluations began. As the global pandemic hit, the team adapted, working from home and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Over a year and a half, the team of 8 developers and 1 test engineer built the product, using No Code/Low Code frameworks and Workflow Engines for the first time.

Built in 12 months using Enterprise Java, BackboneJS, and NoSQL Riak, the project brought together a dedicated team of 15 onshore and offshore engineers to bridge gaps and drive real-time collaboration.
